Washers and dryers for self-service and coin-operated laundromats
Plan a self-service laundromat with TTD: washer and dryer selection, capacities, payment compatibility, customer areas and site utilities.
Guidance for your operation
Self-service laundries and laundromats let customers operate equipment themselves. Payment may use coins or another supported arrangement. Separate the service model and payment requirements from machine capacity rather than specifying equipment from the business label alone.
Assess the location and customers, including textile sizes, visit patterns and expected busy periods. Compare washer and dryer capacities on the manufacturer’s stated basis, with folding space, circulation and clear customer instructions. Revenue planning requires local demand and actual costs, not promised returns.
Check water, drainage, electricity, heating and ventilation for each model. Confirm the selected payment system, machine controls and options are compatible, including interruption procedures and maintenance while the store operates.
Before investing, request a written equipment list, installation scope, training, warranty and service terms. Discuss these requirements with TTD. Authorized Primus distributor status does not imply every Primus model supports coin operation or every payment system.
